Founder and Principal
The Company’s Founder and Principal, Eric believes that a consulting firm should listen to their clients’ needs and tailor a plan that will suit each individual client.
This type of philosophy has been instrumental in achieving the strong growth and 98% retention rate the company has achieved.
He leads the energy procurement team, focusing on providing scalable energy risk management solutions to the company’s diverse and growing portfolio of clients.
Eric has worked with some of the largest Energy Suppliers and Consultants in the Nation. Prior to founding Clear Energy Solutions Eric worked in the energy procurement industry as well as financial fields.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Delaware.
Devin Kelly
Senior Consulting Director
One of Clear Energy Solutions senior consulting directors, Devin works with his portfolio of clients to develop and implement comprehensive utility management solutions and advanced purchasing strategies to meet his clients overall goals and objectives.
Well experienced in the energy industry, Devin is well suited to provide valuable market analysis and coordinate the contract process in deregulated markets.
Devin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Bloomsburg University.
Mike Burke
VP Business Development
As the V.P.of Business Development , Mike spearheads the company’s client acquisition initiatives. Mike was previously a top producer in Health Care and Online Advertising sales and brings over 25 years of business development experience from those sectors.
Mike has been essential in developing Inova’s client base of business. In his free time Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
Mike holds and Economics Degree from SUNY Oneonta University.

Clear Energy Solutions senior marketing director. Matt is in charge of marketing and business development and has been instrumental in achieving the firm’s growth.
